Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Larger components (engines, transmissions, transfer cases, axles, frames, etc.) may require 1–5 business days for preparation and palletizing.

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday. Weekend or holiday orders are processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods

Small & Medium Parts

Shipped via:

  • Canada Post

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Tracking numbers are provided for all parcel shipments.


Large / Oversized Parts (Freight)

Engines, transmissions, transfer cases, differentials, bumpers, bedsides, doors, hoods, seats, and other heavy components ship via LTL Freight.

Freight shipments require:

  • A commercial address OR

  • A residential address with liftgate service (additional fees may apply)

We will contact you before finalizing freight arrangements to confirm:

  • Delivery address

  • Access limitations

  • Receiving hours


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or quoted manually for oversized items.

For large freight items:

  • Rates are based on weight, dimensions, location, and pallet requirements

  • Remote areas may incur additional charges

  • International shipments (USA ↔ Canada) may require additional handling or brokerage fees


4. Cross-Border Shipping (Canada & USA)

We ship daily between our Canadian and U.S. locations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs brokerage fees

  • Clearance delays outside our control

All paperwork required for cross-border shipping is provided by us.

Pickup orders must be scheduled so staff can remove and prepare parts.


6. Delivery Issues & Damage

All parts are inspected and photographed before shipping.

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

  • Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection

We will assist with filing a claim and arranging a replacement or refund when applicable.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct.
Additional charges may apply for:

  • Re-delivery attempts

  • Address corrections

  • Freight storage fees


8. Restrictions

We cannot ship:

  • Fluids (oil, fuel, coolant, etc.)

  • Airbags to certain regions due to hazmat restrictions

  • Items prohibited by carriers or border agencies

Some oversized items may not qualify for parcel delivery and must be shipped via freight.
